Rabbits are vegetarian animals. Usually small rabbits give people a quiet, gentle and cute image, and small rabbits themselves are generally very small and rarely live in groups.
Domestic rabbits have inherited the habits of their ancestors in the wild life, such as being weak, lifting fingers quickly, moving back and forth silently, having strong jumping ability of hind limbs, strong growth ability, and poor defense ability against enemies. Rabbits have the habit of burrowing. They generally exercise a lot at night and often sleep during the day. Rabbits are not suitable for living in groups, especially male rabbits, and it is difficult for them to fight each other in isolation.
Rabbits are suitable for living in dry and clean places. Rabbits have strong growth potential and can produce multiple babies per year. Female rabbits aged 6-8 months can be raised for breeding, and the current baby rabbits will be able to grow in autumn. Generally, each adult female rabbit can give birth to 4-5 litters a year, with 6-7 litters per litter, and up to about 10 litters. If each litter is estimated to have 6 litters, each female rabbit can grow 24-30 cubs in one year.
Due to their shape and characteristics, little rabbits have weak self-defense capabilities and are easily bullied by other animals, so owners must take good care of little rabbits.
