Tree Frogs
Chinese tree frogs (certain introduction) are relatively difficult to discover except because they are arboreal animals. , there are two particularly important reasons, both of which are related to their morphological characteristics: 1. Chinese tree frogs are not giant frogs. Compared to giant frogs, they are petite and slightly smaller. If you don't pay attention, you will ignore them; 2. The body color of the Chinese tree frog can be said to be perfectly blended with the surrounding environment. This "invisibility" helps the Chinese tree frog avoid the eyes of many natural enemies.
As mentioned above, Chinese tree frogs are not big, their body length is only up to 30mm, and female frogs are generally larger than male frogs. Not only can small Chinese tree frogs hide better, they can also move faster. In order to adapt to their arboreal life, Chinese tree frogs have large suckers. When they "run" among the woods, these suckers can help them cling tightly to the target tree.
The body color of tree frogs generally changes with changes in the environment. Because Chinese tree frogs have long lived in the woods, their body color is generally similar to the color of leaves, which is green. When it rains, if the Chinese tree frogs return inside, their bodies will change from green to brown close to the earth. Naturally, certain parts of the body of Chinese tree frogs also have fixed colors, such as the inner part of the thighs being yellow, and generally wearing black patterns, etc.
The hind limbs of Chinese tree frogs are powerful and longer than their forelimbs, so they are first-class leaping masters. However, although they are "fully elastic", their range of movement is very limited, and even in nature, they will not migrate very far.
