Join East Penn and Western Lehigh Chambers and hear the buzz from local Lehigh Valley influencers as well as local college social media experts while touring the beautiful space of Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Conference Center.

Learn the ins and outs of social media and what it takes to be an influencer! Listen to Heidi Stahl, the face of Lehigh Valley Food For Thought (@lehighvalleyfoodforthought), the Valley’s top food influencer and co-host of Inside Dish; Veronica Moore, creator of Brown Skin Plant Mama (@brownskinplantmama), herbal medicine advocate and creator of Plant Therapy for kids; and Kendal Conrad, singer-songwriter and creator (@kendalconrad), Lehigh Valley celebrity on his way to the top! “Being a creative entrepreneur takes a lot of time and energy, but it’s great fun doing what you love and what motivates you. Hear from local university educators, Jordan Lybarger, Marketing and Communications Manager, with DeSales University and Sharon Tercha, Director of Strategic Communications, with Penn State Lehigh Valley, about how your business can benefit from using of social media and the impact social media has on business.

At this event, our Western Lehigh Chamber of Commerce will present the Western Lehigh Chamber of Commerce Sophie Gerhard and Edwin Adamczak Community Grant to three community organizations: Upper Macungie Fire Department will receive a grant for a one-year subscription to Fire Rescue 1 Academy to get more training and certifications for their firefighters, Animal Food Bank of the LV will receive a pet food grant to meet high demand each month, and Camp Fowler will receive a grant to send 800 8e students at Camp Fowler to bond and make connections before heading to high school.

At this lunch, we will be collecting pet food and cash donations at the door for the three recipients as part of an extra effort to support non-profit organizations in our area.
