Berks County Brand Success Agency Adds Account Manager and Director of Marketing and Communications to Client Services Team

Berks County-based brand success and marketing agency, MADJ Marketing (MADJ), announces the addition of two new key personnel to our client services team. Tim Eckert has taken on the role of Account Director and Olivia Massaro has been appointed as Head of Marketing and Communications.

Tim Eckert will be responsible for overseeing existing and newly signed large and strategic accounts (in healthcare, healthcare education, manufacturing, nonprofits, etc.), as well as certain initiatives internal and external communities. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing and Business Development for a leading real estate services company in central Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies for continued growth. of the company’s clientele as well as the establishment of new business partners. relationships. Prior to this, Tim worked in the healthcare industry where he managed marketing and communications for several large healthcare organizations in central and eastern Pennsylvania. Among other things, he was responsible for the marketing and communications of several major hospital initiatives, including the deployment of the electronic medical record, the creation and implementation of a clinically integrated physician network, as well as the implementation a new strategic planning process and new software. . He is a graduate of Saint Joseph University and holds a master’s degree from Millersville University.

Olivia will join us in a new role of Marketing and Communications Manager. She will focus on client relations, project and production management, copywriting, social media administration, internal brand development and internal/external community initiatives. His expertise and enthusiasm bring a new and fresh perspective while continuing to implement and evolve MADJ’s mission and vision. Olivia brings with her over four years of professional experience in marketing, hospitality and administration and most recently joined the MADJ team from a digital marketing agency in Kutztown, PA. There she supported the team with everything from business development to final project delivery. Olivia graduated from Penn State University, Berks Campus with a BS in Commerce and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
