Malaysia literally crushes thousands of illegal Bitcoin miners

Malaysian authorities destroyed more than $ 1.2 million worth of mining rigs after their illegal logging was confiscated.

In a video posted today by the local DayakDaily newspaper, the police in the town of Miri on the island of Borneo and the company Sarawak Energy arranged for a steamroller to exceed 1,069 Bitcoins (BTC) minors. The platforms were reportedly confiscated from residents of Malaysia who attempted to illegally mine the cryptocurrency using stolen electricity between February and April.
