Plant sales benefiting the Morrison County Historical Society

LITTLE FALLS – Two plant sales are scheduled for June with proceeds going to the Morrison County Historical Society.

Two supporters of the historical society will be hosting the plant sales from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on June 4 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 5 at their home in Little Falls. Supporters hosting the plant sales are Camille Warzecha, president of the historical society board of directors, and Pat Quinn, historical society member of the program committee. The women combine their passions for gardening and local history through the event, a press release said. The sale is known to offer perennials, like lilies and hostas and cottage garden plants.

Those interested in going to the plant sale can contact the historical society at 320-632-4007 for women’s addresses. Gardeners who wish to bring plants and bulbs for sale can also call the historical society.

Wearing masks and maintaining an appropriate physical distance during the sale is encouraged. In order to eliminate the changes made, factory prices will be calculated in whole dollars. Cash and checks will be accepted.

Proceeds from the sale of the plant will benefit the Morrison County Historical Society’s mission to preserve and share the history of the county.

For more information, call the Weyerhaeuser Museum at 320-632-4007 and leave a message or email [email protected]
