Police Blotter – April 23

ARRESTS – A 29-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man were arrested at 1:23 a.m. on April 18 during a traffic stop on Route 210 at Highland Scenic Road.

A 51-year-old woman was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on April 17 for driving while intoxicated with a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Woida Road in Dellwood Drive.

April 17 report on 24-year-old arrested for theft and burglary at Walmart.

DISTURBANCES – Report at 6:30 a.m. on April 18 a domestic disturbance on the 14000 block of Grand Oaks Drive. The suspect was gone when the officers arrived.

THEFT – April 18 report of two shoplifters at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road, who were cited.

April 18 report of a Walmart shoplifter who was cited for theft.

April 17 report on girl cited for shoplifting at Walmart.

April 16 report of shoplifting at Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

ARREST – A 30-year-old man was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on April 17 for fleeing a peace officer in a vehicle, fourth degree DWI, reckless driving and obstruction on Northeast 10th Avenue and I Street.

DISTURBANCES – Report at 8:53 p.m. on April 18 of a verbal interview on the 900 block of Oak Street.

6:19 p.m. on April 18 report of a domestic disturbance on the 1100 block of Mill Avenue. A woman has been cited for two counts of assault and disorderly conduct.

Report at 10:08 a.m. on April 18 of a verbal interview on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue northeast.

Report at 4:07 p.m. April 17 of a domestic disturbance on the 900 block of 28th Street Southeast.

Report at 6:54 a.m. on April 18 of a domestic disturbance on the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive.

Report at 10:11 a.m. on April 16 of a domestic disturbance on the 400 block of Fifth Street.

SUSPICIOUS – Report at 2:32 p.m. on April 18 of a suspicious person on the 200 block of Eighth Street. A man has been cited for the offense of indecent exposure.

THEFT – April 17 report of a bicycle theft on South Ninth Street 500.

DISRUPTIONS – Report at 2:22 a.m. on April 17 of a verbal marital dispute on the 23000 block of Serpent Road, Deerwood.

Report at 12:22 p.m. on April 15 of a domestic disturbance on the 17000 block of Terratrac Road, Brainerd. The deputies made contact and advised the person involved.

Report at 9:08 p.m. on April 14 of an argument between a couple on the 6400 block of County Highway 8, Brainerd. The two people were separated before the deputies arrived.

Report at 8:17 p.m. on April 14 of an argument over the 19000 block of Spencer Road, Brainerd. The deputies arbitrated the argument and the people agreed to go their separate ways for the night.

Report at 8:05 p.m. on April 14 of a verbal dispute over the 25,000 block of County Road 3, Merrifield.

SUSPICIOUS – 8:51 p.m. April 15 report of a man walking through a trailer park on the 10,000 block of Carey Lane, Garrison. The deputy could not locate the man.

Report at 7:04 p.m. on April 15 of a man throwing objects on the ground outside the Speedway, 11027 Crystal Lake Road, Merrifield. The deputies made contact and asked the man to leave.

Report at 6:01 p.m. on April 15 of a man smashing gallon jugs of milk outside Speedway in Merrifield. The deputies could not locate him.

Report at 5:20 p.m. on April 15 of a person barking like a dog and flexing his muscles on the 22000 block of County Highway 3, Merrifield.

Report at 4:10 p.m. on April 15 of a suspicious person at Clow Stamping Co., 23130 County Highway 3, Merrifield.

FIRES – Report at 7:16 p.m. April 18 on a burning trailer house on Oak Drive North, Fort Ripley. No one was hurt.

At 5:16 p.m. on April 16, report a possible electrical fire on the 29000 block of Huxtable Point Road, Merrifield. Mission Fire responded.

ARREST – A 45-year-old man was arrested at 5:21 a.m. on April 18 for domestic assault on the 25000 block of Sunset Valley Road, Nisswa.
